Job Opening: DC Office – Account Coordinator

CommCore is seeking a full-time account coordinator to work in their DC office. The account coordinator will provide both administrative and creative support to senior staff ensuring work is executed and developed in an efficient manner. The account coordinator will perform a variety of administrative tasks such as composing pitch letters and correspondence, research, maintaining contact databases and creating audiovisual documents and presentations. Skills Required:

  • Office experience with 2-3 years in public relations setting as a junior account coordinator, college degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel preferred. Constant Contact and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • The ideal candidate must be: extremely detail oriented; possess strong time management and organizational skills, able to multitask in a rapidly moving environment, and team player with initiative and energy.
